ASFA offer a range of services to help with all levels of fitness and ability, specialising in strength and conditioning work.

These services include;

1-2-1 @ £30

5 x 1-2-1 sessions £130

10 x 1-2-1 sessions £240

Group Sessions of up to 3 @ £40

Group Sessions of 4+ @ £50

All sessions run for 50 minutes.

​

1-2-1 sessions focus on technical ability with the football.

All other sessions will be tailored to your requirements to make sure you get the best session for your needs.
