AS Football Academy is a premier football coaching institute for children and adults.

We offer group sessions in various locations for girls and boys aged 2 to 14.

To sign up to ASFA please download the SPOND app
Join SPOND to enable us to communicate with you about any changes to sessions due to weather etc and so that you can select attend or decline for each session so we know who to expect at training. You can also use SPOND to contact us with any questions or comments.
You can use the below link to download SPOND or find the app on Play Store or Apple - once downloaded you will find our group under WIBXS and can use the same details for the password; WIBXS

When you complete the SPOND sign up information please ensure you sign up as the player and add yourself as guardian after. You must also complete all of the *relevant information, failure to do so may result in membership being delayed.
*Guardian name, email and contact number
*Players DOB and address
*Information about multi sibling or any other discounts (if not completed offers may not be awarded)
*First session start date and chosen weekly session (location/day)
*Health/wellbeing - please detail anything you think ASFA should be aware of
*Permission - please add yes or no to permission for pictures/videos to be used for our social media platforms and website
All information will be stored in the SPOND app - Only admin can see personal contact details and information. If you choose to leave the academy (2 weeks notice required) please advise us and your details will all be removed from the app.
Session locations
During spring/summer/autumn, sessions will be on grass as much as possible, during winter (and any other times of inclement weather or other reasons beyond our control) we may be required to use all weather facilities, ASFA will always confirm locations for each session via the SPOND app invitation system.
Location changes - We always endeavour to use the same venues, but sometimes this may be out of our control due to weather, pitch conditions etc. ASFA reserve the right to change venue in order to continue the running of sessions. If we do change location we will advise you via the SPOND app as soon as we can. No refunds will be issued for location changes.
35 - 55 mins (Age 2-3 = 35 mins, Age 4-5 = 45 mins, all other sessions 55 mins)
The session day you sign up for is your designated session and cannot be changed to a different day without prior agreement from ASFA management.
All sessions are outdoors. Suitable comfortable sportswear should be worn, shin pads and football boots are preferable but trainers can be worn. ASFA kit is available to purchase - please email as_football_development@hotmail.com.
Please bring a drink for the player/s.
Sessions continue throughout the year including school holidays.
**please note, no player is permitted to play or train with ASFA without having a Spond profile and a direct debit set up for monthly transfers**
£35 per month for one child at one session per week.
For 2 sessions per week it is £60 per month.
For siblings (2) at one session per week each you will be charged £60 per month.
Payable on the 1st (players starting during the month pay pro rata for initial month)

**It is the customer's responsibility to cancel any direct debit arrangements upon leaving the academy. The academy will not undertake this task, and as a result, any overpayments will not be reimbursed**
Bespoke Sessions - 50 mins
Payment is taken to secure the spot in the diary.
Cancelling less than 24 hours before the start of a session will mean the session is cancelled and NO refund issued.
Holiday Camps - 9am-3pm (with extended hours available, please see individual camp for more detail.) Payment to be made within 24 hours to confirm place.
Payments for all sessions will be by recurring card payments.
NOTICE TO LEAVE
We understand that for many reasons sometimes players no longer wish to attend sessions, please advise us with 2 weeks notice if you choose to discontinue sessions by emailing development@asfootballacademy.com - this will enable us to offer the place to another player and remove your personal information from our records.
Refunds
Occasionally a session may have to be cancelled (weather etc), as long as there are at least 4 training sessions, on your designated training day, going ahead in that month no refunds will be given. In the event that 3 or less are on, deductions can be made for the following months sessions. per cancelled session. For example; if one session is cancelled but only 3 sessions can be participated in during that month, please amend your payment for the next month by reducing by £7.50. If your training day falls on Christmas eve/day or any other significant date when the academy will be closed, there will be no financial concessions made. Your player is welcome to attend a different session that week at the discretion of ASFA management if there are spaces available and it is suitable.
Player expectations and acceptable behaviour
ASFA ask that players aim to achieve their best during training sessions and matches. Players should listen to the coaches and respond appropriately to directions and requests.
All players should be respectful and polite towards other players, coaches, officials, opponents and the general public.
Assist coaches and team mates with equipment if required.
Be gracious in defeat as well as victory.
